Knock-On Knife Points
McCoy cast knife points have tungsten tiles fitted to key wear areas (leading edge & wings). We use a superior & unique grade of steel which offers excellent ductility properties whilst providing superior wear performance. (Ductility is necessary to absorb shock load and provide for effective fit with the Slim Wedge).
All McCoy cast Slim Wedge knife points include two holes at the top of the neck casting so a split pin (or similar) can be used to lock the point in place for severe operating conditions.
